Rule 27
Matters to be observed during registration

(1) During the registration of the postal item, the advance payment of the additional fee for the registration of the fee on this item should be by stamp. A postal item may be registered at the post office designated by the Director General from time to time by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and sent by internal post or for delivery to any country in the world. (2) For registration, postal items should be submitted to the postal counter published in the Nepal Gazette from time to time. Postal items that do not have sufficient space for affixing levels or other markings from the post office will not be registered by affixing multiple stamps, affixing stamps or other writings. Registry Item must have Registry written on the front.
(3) No postal item can be registered without complete and clear address of sender and addressee.
(4) The person who brings it to the counter of the post office for registration within the registration time specified by the regional postal director will be given a separate compensation (receipt) for each item.
(5) No registry item shall be delivered until the addressee or a person authorized by the addressee has stamped the receipt (receipt) in a complete and legible manner.
